LifeSpeak

As Art Director at LifeSpeak, I led the brand design and a company-wide rebrand for a mental health and wellbeing platform serving over 100 enterprise clients.
When I started, the brand was disjointed: a mix of legacy branding and varying interpretations from different freelancers. I audited everything, reviewing the existing large brand pieces, out-of-date brand guidelines, presentation decks, previous whitepapers, and accessibility standards. From there, I refined the brand into a more cohesive, elevated version of LifeSpeak’s identity.
I then rolled that refreshed brand out across the company, updating our social profiles, event banners, newsletter templates, sales sheets, and building a comprehensive deck template. Along the way, I mentored a junior designer and guided the wider marketing team with feedback to keep everything consistent.

I used the above project to establish the refreshed brand standards I wanted to carry forward. The finished report then served as a working brand guide and template for the design team on every asset that followed.
In two weeks, I designed the 23-page branded report and the assets to promote it through a LinkedIn campaign, including newsletter graphics, ads, and carousel posts. I also edited a promotional video for the report, reviewed the landing page design, and created photo assets for it.

Social Posts
The main job of LifeSpeak’s social channel was to showcase what was available to clients on the platform and how they could benefit from it. Each week, I helped bring that to life by designing posts, editing videos, and building campaign carousels to promote our ebooks, all spotlighting useful, timely content. I also reviewed and guided a junior designer’s social work to keep the feed consistent.
Rebrand
I partnered with LifeSpeak’s CEO and Marketing Director to develop the company’s new brand, launching it alongside a new website in just three months. I developed the official brand guidelines, exploring and refining the color palette, typography, photography direction, and design assets. Every choice was informed by my own competitor analysis, market research, and design psychology research, so our brand decisions didn’t just feel right but were backed by data. From there, I built the deck templates and helped implement the new brand across the website and platform.
To support the fast launch, I also designed social media profile images and banners, team meeting backgrounds, and a new icon library. For the website, I worked closely with web development agency RISE2, providing detailed feedback and revisions on layout, photography treatments, typography, rounded corners, and how the brand’s wave elements come to life on the site.
